These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the hot 8 platform and all its services. By using the hot 8 website, mobile app, or any related services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Hot 8 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• These Terms & Conditions are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.
• Hot 8 is an entertainment platform. Winnings from gaming are not guaranteed.
• The platform is only available in regions where online gaming is permitted by law.

To open an account with hot 8, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be forfeited.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all accounts will be closed.

KYC Verification

Reasons for Withdrawal Cancellation

Hot 8 reserves the right to cancel or place a hold on withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• If account verification has not been completed.
• If bonus conditions are not met.
• If evidence of suspicious activity or fraud is found.
• If multiple identities or mobile numbers are found linked to the same account.

All bonuses and promotional offers on hot 8 are subject to the general terms below. Each bonus also carries its own specific conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

Welcome Bonus

• A 150% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 20 times the bonus amount.

General Bonus Rules

• Game results are final and cannot be changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, hot 8 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.
• The dealer's decision in Live Casino games is final.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.

Sports Betting Special Rules

Additional rules apply to Sports Betting: if a live bet remains unresolved due to a network issue, a decision will be made based on the circumstances. All bets will be settled at the odds recorded before any odds change.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hot 8 platform:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate or influence game outcomes.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Using false information or a fake identity to obtain bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking & Software Misuse: Use of bots, scripts, or automation tools.

Hot 8 reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

Self-Initiated Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any withdrawable balance before the account is closed. After closure, all data will be retained for a legally required period.

• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform on a long-term basis.

Hot 8 is not liable for the following:

• If a game or transaction is interrupted due to connectivity issues.
• For delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• For losses resulting from unauthorized access or hacking where the member has shared their password due to their own negligence.
• Force majeure events: natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Under all circumstances, hot 8's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance in the member's account.

Hot 8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• Notifications will be sent to the registered email address or mobile number.
• Details of any changes will be posted on the platform's notice board.
• Members will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect (except in emergency situations).

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
